Pope Francis recently tweeted, “Each one of us, is a living member of the Body of Christ, is called to work for unity and peace.”
Today, as we share in the Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ, may we continue to make the efforts to work for unity and peace at home, work and school, in the community and in the Parish.
As Moses reminded the people to “remember and not forget,” every time we share in the Eucharist: The Body and Blood of Christ, we too are reminded to “remember and not forget,” all that our Lord and Savior has done for us as person, family and people.
Every time we share in the Eucharist: The Body and Blood of Christ, we are reminded to “remember and not forget” that we, in this time and place, are to continue the work of the Lord: bringing unity and peace to one and all.
Every time we share in the Eucharist: The Body and Blood of Christ, we are reminded to “remember and not forget” that we are being sent into the world to bring unity and peace to one and all.
