St. Mary’s Crescent offers an opportunity for you to remember a loved one by sponsoring the eight day Sanctuary Candle which burns near the tabernacle. If you would like to remember a loved one by sponsoring the Sanctuary Candle with a $25 donation, please call or visit the office.
Sunday, May 2
We’re excited to partner once again with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a nonprofit that builds and delivers beds to children in need, for a Bed Build Day on May 16, 2026, at St. Mary’s Church in Crescent, beginning at 9:00 AM. This joint effort with St. Mary’s, St. Edward’s, and the Academy of Family Physicians brings us together to serve local children in a meaningful way.
Volunteers of all skill levels are welcome—no experience needed! Two shifts are available: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 12:00–3:00 PM (the build may run later). We also welcome financial support to help cover material costs. To donate, visit the parish office or place your gift in the collection basket labeled “Sleep in Heavenly Peace.”

The Feast of the Ascension of the Lord will be celebrated on
Thursday, May 14 at 9:00 AM at our usual daily Mass time. As we commemorate Christ’s ascension into heaven and His promise to remain with us always, all are invited to join us for this holy day celebration.
Mercy Monday
The priests of St. Mary’s, Crescent offer individual confessions on the first Monday of each month from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. We call this “Mercy Monday,” as the Sacrament of Penance is truly a place where God’s mercy is made manifest through his church. Stop by, and experience the healing power of this great sacrament!
